Once the application has been assessed as successful, you or your Agent will be informed in writing with a formal Letter of Offer. If you agree to accept this offer, all fees for the first 12 months of your studies, as outlined in the Letter of Offer, are then due and payable before an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment may be issued by the College to the Commonwealth Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST).

Acceptance of a placement at Billanook College occurs with full understanding that the international student will abide by all College rules and Australian Government Regulations and it is also accepted that the Parents and Agent have full and complete understanding of all terms and conditions of the offer by Billanook College. Billanook College undertakes to provide a prompt and clear response to all applications by international students and their Agents for a place at Billanook College.
It should be remembered that the process of Application for a Student Visa, depending upon the international student’s country of origin, may involve several months’ delay. Your Agent should be able to advise you on this matter.
